Patients with overactive bladder experience a significant impact on quality of life due to urinary control issues, and may even develop long-term complications. The efficacy of conventional Western medicine treatments is not satisfactory. This article collected, organized, and analyzed literature on the treatment of overactive bladder with traditional Chinese external therapy methods from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2012 to 2024. It was found that methods such as moxibustion, acupoint application, acupuncture, catgut embedding at acupoints, massage, herbal foot baths, fire dragon therapy, acupoint massage, and auricular therapy all have significant therapeutic effects on overactive bladder. Most of these methods are characterized by relatively stable long-term efficacy and few adverse reactions. The article discusses the current research status of traditional Chinese external therapy methods in treating overactive bladder, guides clinical treatment, and explores future research directions.

Tinnitus has always caused great trouble to patients' lives, and the prevalence of tinnitus is showing a gradual increase, and the reasons for tinnitus are diverse. With the increasing level of industrialization of society, noise exposure has become more common and complex, and has become one of the most common causes of hearing loss. In this context, the phenomenon of tinnitus induced by noise exposure is becoming more and more common. However, the mechanism of noise induced tinnitus has not been clearly explained. Recent studies have hypothesized that the mechanism is "noise exposure-cochlear strap synaptic damage-peripheral afferent signal reduction-auditory center overcompensation-central hyperexcitability-tinnitus occurrence". This article reviews the relationship between noise exposure and tinnitus.

Abdominal trauma may lead to abdominal infection, which is a serious complication that requires timely diagnosis and treatment. Abdominal trauma includes injuries caused by various reasons, such as car accidents, knife wounds, gunshot wounds, falls, etc. The severity and risk of abdominal infection depend on the nature of the injury and the organs involved. If timely and effective diagnosis and treatment are not obtained in the event of abdominal infection, it can pose a great threat to patients and even lead to death. Therefore, timely diagnosis and subsequent treatment for patients with abdominal trauma combined with abdominal infection are key measures to improve patient prognosis. Based on this, this article provides a research review on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abdominal trauma combined with abdominal infection, aiming to provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma combined with abdominal infection.

Cervical spondylosis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic, and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR) is the highest incidence rate of all types of cervical spondylosis, which is common in middle-aged and elderly people. The rapid development of electronic products has changed the way people work and live, and the incidence of CSR is gradually becoming younger. This disease is not only a physical torment, but also causes huge mental harm in the long run. CSR is often treated conservatively, such as acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, traction, drug oral administration, nerve block and other methods. The above methods have achieved good therapeutic effects in clinical practice, but due to their slow onset of CSR and the pain or other side effects caused by the treatment process, patients are prone to resistance. Mulligan technology has the characteristics of fast efficacy and painlessness, and has gradually been used by many doctors for clinical treatment of CSR. This article summarizes the research progress of Mulligan technology in treating CSR in recent years, in order to provide a basis for future Mulligan technology treatment of CSR.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the main type of lung cancer, and about 30% of NSCLC patients are in the resectable range when diagnosed. However, the long-term prognosis of patients after radical resection is not ideal, and the main reason for the poor long-term prognosis of patients is tumor recurrence and metastasis. In order to improve the long-term prognosis of patients with resectable NSCLC, the comprehensive treatment strategy of radical surgery combined with perioperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is often used in clinic, but the curative effect is limited. Therefore, the treatment of resectable NSCLC has always been the focus and hotspot of clinical research. In recent years, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have been used in the treatment of various advanced malignant tumors and achieved good results. However, the exploration of combined immunotherapy strategies in the context of comprehensive treatment of resectable NSCLC and the toxicity and side effects are still controversial. To this end, this article reviews the studies on perioperative immunotherapy in patients with resectable NSCLC, aiming to provide reference for comprehensive treatment in patients with resectable NSCLC.

The incidence of renal anemia is increasing with the progress of chronic kidney disease (CKD). At present, the awareness rate and treatment rate of renal anemia in China are low, which not only endangers the physical and mental health of patients, but also brings huge economic burden to them. At present, Western medicine mainly treat renal anemia with iron, hypoxy-inducing factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor (HIF-PHI), erythropoietic stimulant, blood transfusion and so on. The treatment of renal anemia by traditional Chinese medicine is varied and effective, but there are still some shortcomings, such as unclear mechanism of action and small sample size. The article will discuss the current treatment methods and related research progress of renal anemia from the perspectives of Western medicine and Chinese medicine.

Objective: To explore the influencing factors of bleeding after CT-guided coaxial puncture biopsy of small pulmonary nodules, and to propose corresponding intervention strategies. Method: 168 patients who received CT-guided coaxial puncture biopsy of small pulmonary nodules in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and their basic information, clinical manifestations, imaging features and postoperative bleeding were collected. Patients with postoperative bleeding were selected as the bleeding group (n=14), and those without postoperative bleeding were selected as the no bleeding group (n=154). Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the influencing factors of postoperative bleeding, and corresponding intervention countermeasures were proposed according to the main risk factors. Result: Compared with the non-bleeding group, the lower lobe accounted for a higher proportion of lesions, the lesion size was smaller, the puncture depth was deeper, the number of samples>2 accounted for a higher proportion of patients, and the pathological results showed a higher proportion of tumor patients, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the lesion location was lower lobe, lesion size, puncture depth and number of samples were>2, and pathological results showed that tumors could be used as high risk factors for postoperative bleeding after CT-guided coaxial puncture biopsy, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence of postoperative bleeding after CT-guided coaxial puncture biopsy of small pulmonary nodules is related to many factors. Targeted intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and improve surgical safety.
